“I think about it night and day Spread my wings and fly away   I fear not to break the mould To reveal the inside of gold”   Translated as identity in Sanskrit, the film series is art symbolic of contemporary Indian female identity. The tension, expectation and self-realization are presented in three dimensions;   The first represents self-image, the second is the projected ideal and finally, the struggle to breakthrough for independence and self-definition.
